According to BreatheHeavy.com, Britney has plans to head home to Kentwood, Louisiana before kicking off the "Circus" tour in New Orleans.As well, Britney will fly home Friday, February 27th, and enjoy the weekend until Monday. Where she'll head to New Orleans for several tour rehearsals, followed by the show's premiere on March 3rd.
