The rapper has told OK! that he was inspired to write Before I Self Destruct by watching the singer's massive, head-shaving, umbrella-attacking meltdown in 2007.
Now, to you it might have seemed like a tragic tale of damaging relationships, possible drug abuse and mental illness combining to create the spectacular collapse of a mother's career and private life.
But apparently it's all just great material for hip hop songs, according to Fiddy. “She was the greatest show on earth last year,” the rapper, born Curtis Jackson, 33, tells OK!.
“She was going through her issues in public... It was great to watch her spin out of control because it makes the average person feel better.”
