X17 Xclusive - January 21st, 2009: A photog that has been filming Brit for over two years parked his car in a public space and entered Montage Hotel's property without a camera to investigate the scene. What resulted was a severe beating from hotel security, them holding him against his will and impersonating the police as well as refusing to let him call the paramedics.
